About Your Host

Dr Helena Rosengren is a medical doctor with over 30 years of clinical experience, a women-centred holistic wellbeing coach and speaker.

She has lived burnout herself. She understands it medically, personally, and professionally.

Her work helps high-achieving women prevent and recover from burnout by addressing the deeper patterns driving it rather than the surface symptoms.

She teaches pattern recognition and identity-level change alongside practical, research-grounded tools for boundaries, nervous system regulation, burnout fundamentals and how to restore vitality.

Her approach combines medical authority with lived experience, neuroscience with practical application, insight with action.
